1. Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your tracking anytime from the “Track My Order” section in our site footer.

2. The tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received anything — what do I do?
Start by checking around your mailbox or safe drop areas — parcels are sometimes left out of plain sight. If you still can’t locate it, reach out to us with your order number and we’ll assist you further.

Please note: CoreRevive does not manage shipping directly and we aren’t connected to your courier’s internal systems or communication threads. If we were to contact them on your behalf, we’d have to follow the same customer-facing steps you do — which often slows things down. For faster resolution, we recommend contacting the courier directly using the tools available on your tracking page.

3. How long does shipping take?
Orders ship out within 2–4 business days from our Aussie warehouse. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.

4. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! At checkout, you’ll have the option to upgrade to express shipping for faster delivery.

5. Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes. We offer 30-day returns on all orders. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to get started.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Our bath is leak-resistant and fully portable. As long as it’s placed on a waterproof surface (like in a bathroom or tiled area), you’re good to go.
