Shipping Information
At CoreRevive, we know how important it is to receive your recovery gear fast and hassle-free. That’s why we ship directly from our Adelaide-based warehouse using trusted Australian carriers, aiming to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. In most cases, your parcel will be collected by the courier within 24 hours, but this may vary depending on courier availability, weekends, or peak periods such as public holidays.
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
Carrier Delays & External Factors
Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to events outside of our control — including weather conditions, carrier issues, or increased demand. While we do our best to fulfil every order promptly, we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you’re concerned about your order’s whereabouts, feel free to contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide.
In rare cases where delivery costs are unusually high (e.g. remote areas), we may contact you to either cover a small additional fee or offer a full refund. These instances are extremely rare and impact less than 1% of orders.
Backorders
If any product is temporarily out of stock, you’ll be notified before placing your order. The expected restock or dispatch date will be displayed on the product page or order confirmation. If your order includes multiple items and one is backordered, we may ship the available items first and send the remaining product once it’s back in stock.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave. This means your order may be left in a safe location if no one is available to receive it. CoreRevive and our courier partners are not liable for packages marked as delivered if they are stolen or lost after being left.
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please notify us within 48 hours so we can file an investigation with the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your delivery in real-time and see estimated arrival dates provided by the courier. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours of dispatch, feel free to reach out and we’ll follow up directly with the shipping provider.
International Orders
At this time, CoreRevive only ships within Australia.
We are exploring international options and may expand soon. If you’re overseas and interested in ordering, send us a message — we may be able to make special arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
