📦 I only received part of my order — where’s the rest?

Your order may have been split and shipped in multiple parcels depending on stock and warehouse location. Each item might arrive on a different day and carry a separate tracking number.

If an item is on backorder, we’ll ship the rest first and send the remaining product as soon as it becomes available. If you haven’t received any update within 48 hours of receiving part of your order, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

✏️ Can I make changes to my order after checkout?

If your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we may be able to change the address, size, or swap items. Email us ASAP with your order number and the changes you'd like to make. Once your package has left the warehouse, changes may no longer be possible.

📭 My tracking says “Delivered” but nothing showed up

First, check around your mailbox, front door, and any safe drop areas. Occasionally, packages are scanned as delivered before they're actually dropped off.

If nothing turns up within 24 hours, contact us with your order number and we’ll follow it up with the courier.

🔨 My product arrived damaged — what now?

Sorry about that! If your product arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item, the packaging, and your order number. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

📅 Can I see an ETA for my delivery?

Once your order ships, your tracking link will display an estimated delivery window. You’ll also receive email or SMS updates along the way. If you haven’t received tracking yet, give us 1–2 business days to get your order packed.

⏳ When will my CoreRevive product be dispatched?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, dispatch may be slightly delayed. We’ll notify you if anything is on backorder or needs extra time.

⚙️ I received the wrong item — what should I do?

Our bad! Please send us a photo of what you received, along with your order number. We’ll express ship the correct item and include a return label if the incorrect product needs to be returned. We'll get it sorted fast.

📄 How do I find my order number?

Check your confirmation email sent right after purchase. It usually starts with a #79XXX. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions tab or contact us to resend it.

🔎 I didn’t get a confirmation email

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, you might’ve mistyped your email at checkout. Contact us and we’ll help locate or resend your order confirmation.

📍 Why isn’t my tracking link updating?

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to reflect updates after your package leaves the warehouse. If it hasn’t moved in more than 2 days, reach out and we’ll get in touch with the carrier for you.
